The Northwest Illinois Area Local #7140 is the second largest Postal Union in Illinois, we represent a total of 23 associate offices and 2 mail processing plants, with over 2,000 members in our local. The NWIAL #7140 was founded in 1993 and continues to serve the members of APWU in the Northwest Suburbs of Illinois.
